Custom Crafted Itinerary Planning
Want the full Epic Tripping experience? First, we start with the general trip plan: how to get there, where to stay, and how to get around. Once we have the foundation in place, we will build on your plan with selected activities, places to see
, things to explore, dining suggestions, and other details to make your experience epic – all subject to your approval. We’ll also include information about your destination, local customs, and other helpful tips. You will be provided with detailed itinerary that is accessible without Wi-Fi or roaming charges from a downloadable app on your phone. And if anything comes up while you are on your trip, we are here to help you. To begin planning your custom itinerary, we will collect an initial Itinerary Planning Fee of $250. We are confident you’ll get back more than the fee amount in the value we can provide. Fees start at $250 but can increase with more complicated itineraries, multiple destinations, or for larger groups/events.
Trip Planning
Looking for some guidance on good deals and hot destinations? We can suggest flights, accommodations, and pre-packaged tours, and then book them for you. We’ll even include general destination information and a few
recommendations on what to see and do. For this service, we have a Trip Planning Fee of $150. This fee covers some of our time for planning, researching, and providing you a proposal.
